本周五（3月20日），中东国家将迎来全年最重要的节日之一——开斋节。

在当前敏感局势下，该如何问候客户、表达关怀、维系感情？

通常正式问候语是 “Eid Mubarak”（祝你开斋节吉祥）。今年因为众所周知的原因，有点特殊，请把握以下三个原则：

01 尊重宗教

这一点大家都理解，开斋节与古尔邦节、圣纪节并列为伊斯兰三大宗教节日，是穆斯林最盛大的节日之一。

除中东国家之外，印尼、孟加拉国、马来西亚、尼日利亚等国不少人也过开斋节。请大家在送上开斋节祝福之前，务必先确认客户宗教信仰。

❌Enjoy the holiday!（像普通假期）

02 避免政治立场

可以通过强调“peace / health / family/ blessings/ prosperity”等表达关怀，但如果没有熟到可以言无不尽的客户，尽量就不要去表明自己的政治立场。

❌Pray for your country（容易被误解为立场）

03 贴近文化

中东客户非常喜欢看到阿拉伯语的一句简单问候，下方这句可以mark，放在邮件的最后：

عيد مبارك

会显得非常尊重他们的文化。

沙特

商务文化宗教色彩非常浓厚，开斋节是最重要的节日之一。问候语要庄重、带祝福感，不要太商业。

May Allah accept your prayers and bless you with peace, health and prosperity.

商务文化非常国际化，语气可以更简洁、更商务。

目前甚至可能都联系不上伊朗客户，最大的期望就是他们平安。这种时候也别说“happy/enjoy”这样的词汇了，非常不合适。
