近日，《中国日报》刊发《雄安新区落地河北省首笔绿色外债试点业务》报道，介绍了交通银行澳门分行成功为河北绿源地热能开发有限公司办理了雄安新区，同时也是河北省首笔绿色外债试点业务，为雄安新区高质量发展注入金融新动能。

近日，河北省首笔绿色外债试点业务在雄安新区落地，在链接全球绿色金融资源和当地低碳项目方面迈出坚实一步。

Thefirstgreencross-borderdebtpilotprograminHebeiprovincehasrecentlybeenlaunchedinXiong'anNewArea,markingastepforwardinlinkingglobalgreencapitalwithlocallow-carbondevelopment.

根据国家外汇管理局雄安新区分局介绍，注册在雄安的河北绿源地热能开发有限公司，从交通银行澳门分行借用外债5000万元人民币，其中绿色外债1000万元，资金专项用于雄安新区地热能开发绿色低碳转型项目。

HebeiLyuyuanGeothermalEnergyDevelopment,basedinXiong'an,secureda50-million-yuan($7million)loanfromtheBankofCommunications,MacaoBranch,ofwhich10millionyuanisdesignatedasgreendebt,accordingtotheStateAdministrationofForeignExchange'sXiong'anbranch.ThegreenportionwillbeusedforgeothermalenergydevelopmentprojectsinXiong'antosupportthearea'sgreendevelopment.

国家外汇管理局于2025年8月在16个省市启动了绿色债务整体试点项目，鼓励境内非金融企业将跨境资金投入到符合中国人民银行等部门制定的绿色金融或低碳转型标准的项目中。
